How It Works:
This is a 90-minute conversation.
You bring what’s on your mind. Whether it’s a decision, a situation, or something that just doesn’t sit right.
I won’t give you advice. I won’t tell you what to do. But new perspectives tend to emerge, and with them, possibilities you can move on.
Within those 90 minutes, we go straight to what actually matters.

Who is this for? For men and women who feel that something in their life no longer fits, and are ready to see what’s going on and how to move forward.
What happens during the conversation? You bring what’s on your mind. I listen, reflect, and respond in a way that helps things organize quickly. What’s unclear becomes clearer. What matters stands out. From there, your next step tends to become obvious.
Are you a coach? No. This is not coaching, mentoring, or therapy. It’s a focused conversation that helps you see clearly enough to decide. Clients often say, “I’ve never thought of it that way.”
Can 90 minutes really make a difference? Yes. For many people, one clear shift is enough to move forward. Others come back when something new pops up.
Do you offer ongoing support? It depends on what unfolds. We can decide that together.
What if this doesn’t work for me? This works best if you’re open to seeing things differently. You don’t need to have answers. Just a willingness to look.
I’m not sure this is worth $360. That’s totally fair. This tends to make sense for people who already feel that something needs to change and want to see it clearly enough to act accordingly. If you’re not there, it’s probably not the right time.
Can we meet in person? All conversations are held online via Zoom.
Do you record sessions? No. This is a focused, present conversation. If you’d like to capture anything, please bring pen and paper.
